By accessing and using SR Prompts AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

We offer multiple secure authentication methods for your convenience:

• Email OTP Sign-In: You may register and log in using our password-less email One-Time Password (OTP) verification system. When you sign up or log in via email, you agree to receive verification codes at your specified email address.
• Google OAuth Sign-In: You may also sign in using your Google account through our secure Google OAuth 2.0 integration. By choosing this method, you authorize us to receive your basic profile information (email address and display name) from Google.

You are responsible for keeping your email account and Google account secure. Admin access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel only. Regular users cannot access administrative features or backend management tools. We recommend you audit your active sessions regularly from your profile settings.

All prompts, articles, and reels published on SR Prompts AI are free to use for both personal and commercial projects. You may freely incorporate any prompt, script, or template from our database into your creative and professional workflows without paying royalties.

If you are signed in (via either email OTP or Google OAuth), you may save items to your favorites tab. Favorited items are stored as references in your database profile and can be managed from your account dashboard.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of our prompt databases or article content.
• Redistributing, reselling, or repackaging our curated prompt collections as standalone datasets or products.
• Using bots or automated tools to interact with site features in a manner that degrades service quality.

You agree to use SR Prompts AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Likes & Shares: All visitors (both logged-in and non-logged-in) can like and share content across social platforms.
• Comments: Both authenticated and unauthenticated users may post comments on prompts and articles.
• Verified Badges: Users who are signed in via email OTP or Google OAuth receive a "Verified User" badge on their comments. Admin accounts display an "Admin" badge. These badges represent verified authentication sessions in our backend system.

Any abusive, spam, hateful, or harassing content posted in comments will result in immediate comment deletion. Repeat offenders will face permanent account banning and/or IP-level blocking. Malicious code injection attempts inside comment forms are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

SR Prompts AI uses the following cookies for secure session management:

• chopra_at (Access Token): An httpOnly, secure cookie that stores your short-lived JWT access token. This cookie authenticates your active session and is used for API authorization on each request.
• __Host-chopra_rt (Refresh Token): An httpOnly, secure, host-prefixed cookie that stores your long-lived refresh token. This enables seamless session renewal without requiring you to re-authenticate.
• Google AdSense DART Cookie: Google, as a third-party advertising vendor, uses the DoubleClick DART cookie to serve ads based on your browsing history across SR Prompts AI and other websites on the internet.

Both session cookies are configured with httpOnly, Secure, and SameSite flags for maximum security. You can revoke active sessions at any time from your profile settings page, which will invalidate the associated tokens.

When you choose to sign in with your Google account, the following applies:

• Data We Access: We only request access to your email address and display name (profile name) through Google OAuth 2.0 scopes.
• Profile Picture: If available, your Google profile picture URL is retrieved and stored for display purposes on your profile and in comments.
• Data We Do NOT Access: We do not request or access your Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail messages, or any other sensitive Google services. Our OAuth integration is limited to basic profile identification only.
• Data Storage: Your email, display name, and profile picture URL obtained via Google OAuth are stored securely in our MongoDB database, alongside accounts created through email OTP verification.

You may revoke SR Prompts AI's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

All original content published on SR Prompts AI — including prompts, articles, reels, tutorials, curated collections, site design, and branding — is the intellectual property of SR Prompts AI and its content team.

User-generated content, such as comments posted by authenticated or unauthenticated users, remains the intellectual property of the respective authors. By posting comments on SR Prompts AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and moderate your comments on our platform.

The information, prompts, code blocks, and creative templates provided on SR Prompts AI are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no guarantees about specific outputs or results from third-party artificial intelligence models (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion, and others), as AI engines are constantly evolving and their outputs may vary based on model versions, parameters, and runtime conditions.

SR Prompts AI does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
