- Analytical & Usage Data: Anonymized app interaction logs, feature usage metrics, and session frequencies captured through services like Firebase Analytics.
- Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized crash logs, operating system versions, device model names, and display metrics to help us fix crashes and improve device compatibility.
- Permissions Data: If explicitly granted, system level access (such as storage read/write for saving offline files or network access for server syncing). We do not read or access personal folders without authorization.
2. How We Use Information
CSR Developers processes your data strictly for the following functional reasons:
- Product Quality Assurance: Identifying codebase exceptions and crashes to prepare bug-fix updates.
- Feature Optimization: Discerning which tools are most utilized to prioritize engineering improvements.
- Support Response: Replying to direct technical inquiries and feedback tickets submitted via email.
- Security Controls: Preventing malicious activity, brute-force attacks, or server resource abuse.
3. Data Security & Third-Party SDKs
Our applications utilize select industry-standard SDKs to perform analytics and database actions safely. These partners adhere to strict security certifications:
- Google Firebase: Used for cloud authentication, realtime database configurations, and crash tracking (Crashlytics). Data is transmitted over secure SSL protocols and stored in verified Google cloud clusters.
- Third-Party Ad Networks: When serving contextual, non-intrusive ads, privacy standards dictate compliance with Google Play Store rules. You can manage personalized ad settings in your device settings.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or distribute personal user identifiers to any brokerages or marketing bureaus.
4. Data Retention & User Rights
Diagnostic data and usage logs are regularly pruned and kept for a maximum of 90 days. User account profiles are maintained as long as the application profiles are active.
Your Rights Include:
- Requesting the deletion of any stored account records.
- Opting out of usage analytics inside the application setting controls.
- Inquiring about specific personal identifiers associated with your email submissions.
